  5. When I ran out of honey, I tried using dark brown sugar instead, which was delicious, too. If you get bored with the original formula, please try using brown sugar!
  6. Diet version: I'm busy in the mornings, so I make a smoothie by dissolving the drink with water instead of breakfast.
  7. You should take in at least 400 to 500 kcal per meal, otherwise even if you do lose weight, you're likely to put it back on right away.
  8. I started a diet using this drink last week, and I've already lost 1.5 kg! I've cut down on carbohydrates for lunch and dinner and eaten meals centered around veggies. My goal is to lose 4 kg!!!
